DISCOVER KITEBOARDING: 2HR LESSON

Lesson Info & Terms

A Private Lesson is a class with 1 student. A Semi-Private Lesson is a class with 2 students who are family or friends that sign up together.  A group-3 lesson is a class with 3 family or friends that sign up together. A group-4 lesson is a class with 4 family or friends that sign up together. Note: We do not put strangers together. You must gather your own group for a group lesson. Waivers and Statement of health - All students must fill in the Waivers and Medical statement forms or they will be required to attend, only as observers. They will not be allowed to operate any of the equipment during the session. Students must be 12 years of age or older to participate. Minors must have all waivers and releases filled in by their parent, prior to start of lesson or student will only attend as observers and not be allowed to operate any equipment during the session. The total lesson cost is based on the number of students reserved and/or attending the lesson, which ever is greater, unless a 48 hour prior email request to make changes or cancel, is given in advance by organizing student. All students agree to attend the lesson on time and as scheduled, unless the Manta Water Sports instructor contacts you ahead of time, to say otherwise. If the student arrives more than 10 minutes late, or fails to attend the scheduled session, the full lesson payment will be fully earned, due and non-refundable. If this occurs, the instructor reserves the right to teach a shortened lesson at full price or cancel the lesson with full payment fully earned and due. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift certificates are Not refundable. Gift certificates are Not replaceable. Lost or stolen lesson gift certificates are not replaceable. Lesson Gift certificates can only be redeemed for Discover kiteboard or Discover Wingfoil lessons with Manta Water Sports in San Diego.  Buyers must provide a valid mailing address and recipients name for the lesson gift certificate purchased so it can be to be addressed and mailed to said address. All kiteboard and wing foil lessons must be reserved in advance and full payment is due at the start of the reserved lesson. Lesson paid for with a Gift Certificate must also be reserved in advanced and the Gift Certificate number be provided when reserving such a lesson. Only "original lesson gift certificate" will be accepted as payment for said lesson. Failure to present the original lesson gift certificate to the instructor at the start of the lesson as payment, will forfeit  its value, and full payment with cash, credit card or zelle,  will be required. We are not responsible for, nor required to replace, any lost, stolen, or destroyed gift certificates. If you fail to notify us that you did not receive you original lesson gift certificate within 5 days of purchase, it will be deemed as delivered to the address you provided for mailing and recieved. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to a reserved lesson that is to be paid with a gift certificate, you need to contact us with your email request to change or cancel, no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time. Failure to do so, will cause the lesson gift certificate to be fully earned and redeemed, thus void for any future use. Manta Wind & Water Sports is not responsible for any loss, damage, failures, injury or death, associated with the use of a students own equipment, before, during or after a lesson. Students must follow instructor direction during the session. They must take care of Manta gear and not neglect, abuse or cause any intentional damage to it. Instructor reserves the right to stop lesson for such actions by the student and full payment for lesson is due and fully earned.
